 The season on Walk in Water, which doesn't happens to be the spawning season all of the time. This is one the those hidden jewels in the ruff, has the capacity to produce very good numbers, but also the capability of producing the double digit trophy bass we all desire. They like to spawn around the full and new moons in February and March. The post-spawn in April and May always leads to great fun. Unlike some lakes, this lake likes to continue thru out the summer with great action as they school on shad. This can continue thru November if weather permitting. Walk in Water is a great for artificial lures as well as shiner fishing. You have the option of Crank baits, Carolina rigging, topwater, Spinner baits, rattletraps, senkos and 10" worms all work very well. Live bait, as usual, is very productive for more consistently producing trophy size bass, but if you work the right lures in the right places artificial lures can be year around. A low pressured lake leads to better fishing and having more fun!

Kissimmee

The season on Lake Kissimmee is very similar to most of the Central Florida Big Lakes. Lake Kissimmee is best known for it's big fish that it produced inClick for Lake Wales, Florida Forecast the 2006 BASS Master Classic. That event was held in February, any time in February or March are great times for trophy size bass. The pre-spawn and post-spawn are both pretty good on this lake. It has lost of grass, with good amounts of hydrilla for big fish cover. This is one the biggest lakes in the Central Florida chain, it has the capacity to produce very good numbers, but also the capability of producing the double digit trophy bass we all desire. Lake Kissimmee is a fantastic lake for artificial lures as well as shiner fishing. You have the option of learning the most popular big fish technique, which is  flipping or using crank baits, Carolina rigging, topwater, spinner baits, rattletraps, senkos, frogs and 10" worms all work very well. Live bait, as usual, is very productive for more consistently producing trophy size bass year around!
