We met on the dock on Friday morning 5/12
where you introduced me to the guide you booked my Everglades fishing party
with, Capt. Victor Cole. A simple 'thank you' just won't due. Capt. Victor
was fantastic! Not only is he very entertaining, he kept us on fish ALL DAY
LONG. My goal was to show my friends Ivan and Steve a good time, catch some
decent numbers and maybe a big one or two. Capt. Victor gave us GREAT
numbers, some real nice ones, tackle tips, gator info, and humor, plus a
fast ride in an awesome boat! My friends both told me it was the best single
day fishing trip they have ever had, and they were still talking about it
when I left them this morning to return to Chicago. I can absolutely
guarantee you I will be calling you on my next trip to Fla. Thank You!

I just wanted to send a e-mail and thank you
for a great trip. Our guide Tony was very good at his job, it was like fishing
with my best friend. He had no problem answering our questions and putting us
on fish. My wife and I had a great time and have recommended the trip and Tony
to some of our friends that want to catch peacock bass.
We got the pictures developed and will be sending
them to Tony with the video my wife filmed.
Once again thank you and see you in march.

Thanks again for taking us out yesterday
and for putting up with 2 ladies all day. We had a great time -
especially during that 10am-12 run we had when you couldn't get the poles
out fast enough hah. I know Brian and Tom had a great time with Mark as
well...please extend an extra thanks to him as well for making the extra
effort to go out with wounded hand and all.
Anyhow - thanks again for the pictures. I'm
sure we'll see you guys again in the fall for another outing.

Just thought I would let you know that my
grandsons and I had a great time with Capt. Don Biggs, and if Don has told
you all about all the bass we caught he is not lying we caught a bunch we
were not keeping count but it was 30 or more and probably more!! Tell Don
we said HEY.
SO THANKS FROM ME AND MY GRANDSONS

I was down and landed this Toad mama with
Mark Shepherd.. man oh man I tell ya I have caught a lot of other species of
fish and the power of that thing was just plain awesome. I hope someone gets
the opportunity to catch her again I know I am now hooked and trying to catch
her species in Michigan... Mark is a cool due and very committed to making the
client happy. I had a great time and will be back. You guys run one hell of
a show.
I have attached photos of my bass 24 inch, 10.5 pound and would like
to get it a replica mount on the driftwood that your site shows.
Thanks and have a great season.

We wanted to thank
Mark for the best two days of fishing that Bob and I have ever
experienced! We spent one day in the Everglades and the second on Lake
Okeechobee this January 2006. We caught over 150 fish and enjoyed Mark’s
company and expertise. What a fantastic time!

I just wanted to thank you again for the most
FANTASTIC two days of black bass fishing I have ever had! I never in my
wildest dreams thought I would see caught let alone catch the quality of fish
that Bob and myself caught. To catch the NUMBERS we caught and to have three
HAWGS ( 7.09, 9.06, and
11.01 ) was almost UNBELIEVABLE not to say
anything about the next day which we turned around and did the exact same
thing again by boating three
more HAWGS ( 8.06, 9.10, 10.03 ). If
my estimate is fairly correct we boated numerous fish ( 20-25 ) in the 3-6
pound range for both days. Not to say anything about the COUPLE POUNDERS ha
ha. By the way, any guess as to how many fish I missed by measuring line on
the reels quite often? ha ha
Am sure you had to put on new line for the next guest!
A VERY THANKFUL

We just wanted to thank you for the day we
spent out on the lake with you. The action was terrific, and you were a
GREAT guide.
Our largest fish of the day was 7 lbs 12
ounces, but we had another fish over 7 pounds, and 2 that were
over 5 pounds, and so many smaller ones between 1 and 3 pounds that
we lost count!
We will certainly repeat with you guys.

Just a note to let you know how GREAT
a time my brother an I had on our trip. Fishing with Chris was like one of
my fishing buddies from back home. I cant say enough good things about this
trip. How good?9.5 & 9.8 pounds worth. Not to mention all the
other fish we had! Not a dull moment. Like Arnold says.. I'LL BE BACK.
Thanks Again

Just finished two days with Tony (Miami canals and
the Everglades) and one with Chris on Okeechobee. We caught twenty five
peacocks, thirty if you count the five we lost, and seventy largemouth in
three days with two of us. Largest Peacock was 4.0lb and largest bass was
6.7lb. The guys were great and taught us a lot of new techniques. Can't wait
until the water in Ohio warms up so we can chase some of their smaller
brothers.
Thanks for a great time.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank
you, Chris and Brett for the wonderful time Drew and I had with you last
week. You folks are truly professionals in every way. You were all very
helpful and considerate of Drew. As you know, this trip was for him and he
thoroughly enjoyed himself. Tell Chris that Drew is still having bad dreams
about the big fish that got away. But that is fishing.
I have some great pictures that I will be
emailing you later on. One especially good one of that Eagle in the
Everglades.
Again, thanks for everything. Should you ever
need a recommendation, please feel free to use my name and ask them to call
me. You guys are the greatest.

Just wanted to thank you guys again for a

an outstanding job as our guide. I'll be back again next March to better my
4 lb best from this trip.

Just
wanted to thank you again for the great two days fishing with you. It's
amazing how much Ben and I learned from your guides and had a great time
while we were doing it. Ben and I appreciated all the help you gave him so
much. These fishing trips I take with him mean everything to me and you made
it even better.

We had an absolutely wonderful time with on
our trip. Even though it was cold-front conditions and the fish had lockjaw,
we still caught fish in adequate numbers and quality. I will always remember
the 4 lb 13 oz Peacock that about tore my arm out of the socket. We took
pictures with our camera and I'm having that one done in framing quality to
put at least the picture on my wall.
You should be very proud of your service, as this was an excellent guided
trip. Besides the fishing, we had a hoot of a time just talking, ribbing and
laughing with each other. Tell "Duckman" we said HI.
If we find ourselves in South Florida again, I will be sure to contact your
service for another trip.
That fishing trip made our entire vacation.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the pictures - Jon and I had an
awesome time! We felt very fortunate to have a "Hawghunter" guide for our
day in the Everglades. The next day, as I was walking on the beach, my
son Jon called me all excited, because he saw you guys on OLN,
fishing for Peacock Bass. We will have to try that the next time. We both
learned a lot about bass fishing and enjoyed the great stories. And we also
learned that big bass will jump right in the boat for you sometimes!!!!!
Our experience with Rick Burton on Okeechobee
was just awesome as well. Rick did a great job for us, and I can tell he
genuinely loves to fish. He seemed to be just as excited about my 9 lb
14oz bass as I was!
The fishing experience exceeded our
expectations. I will recommend your service to others without hesitation.
Thanks again for two great days!

The e-mail you received from my sister Millie
McFadden echo's my thoughts to the letter. Brett was a lot of fun and I found
it most interesting that you can "walk the dog" all day and be
productive. Up here in Maryland that is impossible. This was my first guided
trip and it was great. I envy your
position on having a job that is fun to do. Might be some
time before I return to Miami, but when that happens, we will surely look to
booking another trip with guys.
Have a great season and keep those lines tight!

Many Thanks & Best Regards.

Wanted to send our thanks for the best time of our lives. My wife & I were
down last week and went out with Steve & Rick. Both were very professional,
courteous, & knowledgeable. On the first day we both caught an 8+ lbs
along with several 3-5s. We had such a good time we booked an additional half
day. NO 8 pounders, but again several 3-5. We are already starting to plan to
return in March with our family to fish again. I will contact you soon to
reserve the dates. We are looking at the three day package, you have gotten me
interested in the peacocks.
Thanks again.

Hey, I just want you to know that we had the best
time fishing with you guys.
That was by far the best bass fishing we have ever
experienced, and we
will be back again someday for sure. Everybody that I have
shown these
pictures to has really been impressed. I know the weather
was supposed to
make it tough but you sure made it easy.
Thanks for the "Hawgs" and we will be spreading the word
about you guys up here in Minnesota.
Hope to be back soon!

What a lot of fun we had. This has
probably ruined us for ever fishing walleye again. I probably don't have to
tell you this but your guides are the best guides I have ever fished with
and I have done at least 30 plus trips being guided. Kathy and I both think
this was super, he has absolutely the best attitude I have ever seen. We are
already planning another trip with you for next winter this time for most
likely 5 days.
Once again WOW.

Just wanted to let you know that our trip with

success due to his teaching.
Thanks and we will recommend your service.

Thanks for hooking me up with
Steve....I had a fantastic time fishing with him. The 7+ lber was
more than I expected. He is a gifted professional and I think every aspect
of your service was exceptional. Steve mentioned you recommended
replicas for taxidermy....sounds great! I just got back yesterday but will
forward some dates in the next few days. Hopefully I will be able to fish
again with you guys in June as my wife has a conference in Miami she will be
attending.
Again, thanks, and you have definitely got a
lifetime customer.

My brother Mike and
I had a fantastic day of fishing on Lake Okeechobee. The boat and equipment
were first rate. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the lake and
entertained us the entire day. He even converted diehard shiner fishermen to
artificial lures. Mike caught and released the largemouth of a life time
weighing in at 12lb 6oz. That was an experience we will never
forget.
We will definitely be back
to fish Lake Okeechobee in the near future.

our needs and excellent guide service. We will highly recommend your guide
service in the future to our friends. I just can't put into words what a
great time we had and a once in a lifetime fishing experience. We wish you
the very best in the future and please let us know when you are in the

Just a quick note of thanks...and some proof, of my
day on Lake Okeechobee guided by Capt. Donny. During my 4 hours, which ended
being 5 1/2 hours, we caught and released 8 bass over 7 pounds with the
biggest "chunk" weighing in at 12 pounds..!!
Donny not only provided an experience of a lifetime but
increased my fishing knowledge as well. He showed me new knot tying
technique's, shared specific fishing patterns that he uses and increased my
lure presentation and boat handling just by watching this professional guide
in action, Donny really has expanded my overall fishing knowledge which will
definitely help me catch more fish up here in Massachusetts.
Again, my thanks to both your organization and Captain
Donny for a trip I'll always remember...!!!

Just a note to let you know that my son Wade and I really
enjoyed our fishing trip on Lake Okeechobee with Capt. Rick.
He was friendly, and made us feel welcome even though we
are definitely novice fisherman! We had good luck in the morning fishing with
shiners and then in the afternoon he gave us a lesson in flipping. We would
have enjoyed being on the lake even if we hadn't caught a fish, but we caught
plenty of bass, including a 7 pounder.
Thanks again to you and Rick.

WOW!!!! What a bag of
panfish.....BEST EVER!! No BS! Great flavor. May have to make
a trip sooner than later! We'll see. Need to fill a larger cooler next
time! 3 pounds of dry ice was more than enough and we were an hour late
leaving the airport.
Hilton really did a great favor to freeze the
catch!
Good fishing,

Just a word to say
thanks – my son PJ and I had a great time Wednesday AM fishing for peacocks
with Dave. He was great and really worked hard for us to catch fish, even
with the water high and current running fast. The morning turned out to be
sunny and just right, the rains started just when we finished, it was
perfect.
Again Dave could not have
been better we had a great time.
We will be back again soon
for another trip with you all.

Bob Dawkins and I had the pleasure of Mark's
expertise on Tuesday. Mark was knowledgeable, professional and truly a
pleasure to be around. Not only did I catch the two largest bass in my life,
I enjoyed the strength of every fish I caught. It feels like I have made a
true friend and I will return.
Good luck in all your endeavors!!!!

Just a quick note to thank you for the
excellent experience you gave me on Fathers Day. I am now back home here in
PA and back into the daily grind however I have some great memories to
reflect back on as I await my next visit with you on the Big "O" sometime
this fall.
I know you were somewhat frustrated because
we lost the bite by noon time but please know I have great respect for you
as you unselfishly stayed on the water well after my time was up trying to
find that next bite. I know you probably think I'm a little nuts for wanting
to get my 5lb 3oz "brick" mounted, but as I told you out on the lake...I was
living a dream and just the fact that I was able to bring one in that was
bigger than anything I have caught up north is worth it to me. I know we
lost several (because I dropped my rod tip...see I did learn something too!)
To you that was an off day. But next time I plan on doing a little more
artificial.
Anyway....thanks again for a great time! I
thank you for your patience and I look forward to seeing you again in the
fall!

I WANTED TO MAKE SURE I HAD THINGS CORRECT IS SO
THAT I can refer your service to others. You asked how the trip was!! As you
know I have fished many places in the world, Scott for his age is ahead of
me for the most part. I have nothing to gain and know reason to say this
expect my comments are sincere. Both days were truly outstanding. I went on
a Halibut trip in Alaska some years that was truly great, but these
peacock fishing was much more fun,
challenging and rewarding. Capt Brett, was first up and I think he must have
had thoughts!!! Where are these guys coming from. For a while we were both
wondering if we were going to settle down or give up. Brett was great a true
professional, after a while we got a little better and thanks to Bret we
ended up with a great day. Keep Brett on your staff DON"T LET HIM GO
ANYWHERE, HE'S A "KEEPER". Day two with Steve finished off the trip in great
flare. Thank you for exposing us to a complete change in area an style of
fishing. If a person likes thrills the flight on the cannels between the
lake was worth the fee,,,,What boat skills....I will have to admit I was a
little nervous but Scott loved it. I think at least we both did a little
better with Steve after about 100 fish we may even get good at this type of
fishing. I have told many fishermen about our experience and will sure not
miss a chance to do so in the future. Scott was most impressed and for me
that was my hope to show him something special, he really clicked with both
Bret and Steve. Do you know during the two days Scott and I had Doubles on
at the same time seven times, That's got to be better than the average day.
Word of mouth can work wonders.
Thanks Again,
Marvin Scott -Savannah, GA

I wanted to take a
minute and thank you for, “hooking me & my boys up”, with Mark Shepard.
I was a little concerned as the boys are only 6 and 7 years old and due to
the hurricane, I was not sure if they were 100% ready if things got slow.
Thanks to Mark, that never happened. We were in the water and at Marks
spot by 6:30 AM and had our first fish by 6:35 AM. The only thing
stopping us from boating more fish throughout the day was the time it took
to take fish off the hook and cast again. That may sound like an
exaggeration but luckily for my boys it is completely true.
The trip was for my sons
7th birthday and rather than a party with his friends, (His
choice) he wanted his brother and I to go fishing with him. As Mark
can tell you, he must have said, “this is the best birthday ever”, 20
times throughout the day. A few hours into the trip, he asked Mark if
we could do this again next year. Go ahead and book the 18th
of November in 2006, Mark will have some repeat business. In addition, I
plan to schedule a trip with Mark for myself where as I would love to do a
trip and leave the shiners behind. We did that in the last ˝ hour and
it was clear why Mark won the tournaments he has. I would love to
spend a day just watching him flipping and hoping to learn a little. I
hate to write a book but one closing observation. They say that imitation is
the best form of flattery. If that is true then Mark should be flattered. I
watched one guide after the other follow Mark with their paying
customers trying to do what he was doing to boat fish. They didn’t have
their own spots so they followed us and tried to use his fish. Funny, Mark
never bothered to see what they were doing.
Best
regards,

Capt Chris, just wanted to send you an email and

Bob Cundiff and I fished the Everglades with Steve
last Thursday. What a fantastic day!! We lost count of the number of quality
fish caught, but we used 4 dozen shiners and caught numerous fish on soft
plastics and hard baits - our guess is well over 60 fish. My shoulder
still hurts!
Bob and I were introduced to Steve two years ago on a
trip to the "Big O". Based on that exceptional experience, we booked Steve
for a Peacock trip last year. WOW, what a great time - fishing for exotic
fish in an urban environment. I can't wait to see what Steve has in store
for us next year!
Speaking of Steve - what a pro! He knows bass fishing in
and out, has always put us on fish, and is a terrific person to boot!
We'll see you next year for another great trip!
Thanks!

Thanks for the great
time. My Dad & I were very happy with our trip even though the big one got
away. The pictures look good. I will be sending them to Dad.
I will also share your
name/services/experience with anyone that would enjoy the chance to catch
the biggest bass of their life. To date my biggest is 6 lbs. I hope
to change that soon.
We will be returning for
another trip possibly around March. Not sure if it will be 2006. But 2007
for sure.
Thank you for being
professional, friendly & putting up with Kansas rookies.

For my 50th birthday, my sons-in-law took me to Clewiston so we could go on a
bass fishing trip from your guide service. It was a trip we will always remember
and I really enjoyed catching an 8 1/2 pound
largemouth, my biggest ever! We found everyone to be very friendly and
professional. Mark is truly excited about what he does and used his knowledge of
Lake Okeechobee to help us have a great day.

Thank you. My Son-in-law and I were thrilled
with our fishing trip and our guide. Not only did he knew where and how to
fish for Bass, he also knows how to make you feel like you have known him
for a long time.
I came along because I had to, but left
feeling like I was a fisherman and I enjoyed the day.
Your guide did a great job and sent us home
happy. I have already recommended you to one of my co-workers.
My Son-in-law went back to Connecticut with
some good "Fish" stories and memories of Florida. Your fame is being
spread in Connecticut as we speak.

Al and Josh Perry back here in
Louisiana....cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip with
you last week...everything I have ever heard and seen about the Peacock
Bass proved true, its like hooking a baby gorilla, that is one fighting
fish....thanks for being so patient with Josh, I was really surprised he
lasted the 4 hours, when he sweats, he thinks it's time to quite doing
whatever he's doing....come to think of it, that's not a bad idea !!!!
I will print out info from the website and
bring it to a couple of tackle shops around town along with the business
cards you gave me....hope to do it again sometime soon......

Thanks for the great time. I have the video we shot and will copy it
for you. Also will send you some still pictures plus a surprise... lol...My mom
thought the trip was cool, she thinks you look like my ex-brother in law. You
made the trip feel like I was fishing with an old friend. It is an experience
the boys will never forget and neither will I. We plan on being back next
year. And we are recommending you to others in our area. We are also going
to send Bass Pros Shops pictures of the "growned" fish we caught. lol....7.10
lbs, 7.04 lbs and the 7.0 lbs. to have trophies made. If you ask me, I'll tell
anyone if they want to catch "Growned" Fla. Largemouth Bass, I'll tell
them to call the Florida Hawghunter's. Thanks a Lot your

I just wanted to
send you an email and thank you for getting us on Lake O on Sunday with
such short notice. Mark was a little upset that we were late but once we
got fishing we had a fantastic time. Mark is an awesome guide, he put us
on a spot where nobody was and we caught some nice fish.Once a few tourney
guys saw us they started following right behind and before you know it
there were about 10 boats behind us. Kevin and I will be making another
trip down this summer to do another Peacock trip and hopefully go out with
Mark again on Lake O.
Anyway thanks again and
hope to see you next time!
